Shijo Mathew is a dedicated Nirvana Yoga teacher with over 6 years of experience. He has guided hundreds of individuals through various yogic techniques and helped them achieve the benefits of this transformative system.

Shijo hosts both online and offline classes and organises retreats to Thapovanam Siddashramam, the birthplace of Nirvana Yoga, in Kerala, India. His calm teaching style ensures every participant feels supported and inspired throughout their journey.
