Despre pranz si carbohidrati

Astazi vorbim despre pranz, cea mai importanta masa a zilei, momentul oportun in care putem consuma carbohidrati complecsi, grasimi sanatoase, salate bogate in frunze verzi si daca alegem proteina animala o putem adauga, daca nu, cea pe care o gasim la pachet cu carbohidratii complecsi este suficienta.
